CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPANTS
1. Participants are active student S1 or college diploma or private land in Indonesia and was a student during finals.
2. Participants can be individuals or groups with the maximum number of 3 people and must come from the same college.
3. Group members can come from different disciplines.
4. Participants must register online by downloading the registration form on the official blog NSPC: http://nspc2010.wordpress.com/
5. Participants who enroll must pay a registration fee of Rp. 100,000.00 (per team) to the account on behalf of the NSPC Committee HIMITEPA BRI, Bank BRI branch of IPB Bogor campus with No. 059501006223502 Account
COMPETITION PROVISIONS
1. Each team must create and submit papers in accordance with a specified theme. Submitted paper is the result of his own thoughts, not the result of plagiarism and has never been published before.
2. Each work submitted was not allowed to participate or have won awards in similar competitions elsewhere.
3. Participants should send their written works (softcopy form) in English to email: nspc2010@yahoo.com in the form of word files, along with registration form and proof of payment received no later than March 20, 2010.
4. Each participant is only allowed to submit one paper.
5. Each submitted paper received assistance from a faculty supervisor from the same university.
6. Paper participants will be selected at the early stage of deliberations to determine the 5 (five) finalists.
7. The names of finalists will be announced by the NSPC http://nspc2010.wordpress.com/ official blog, or website HIMITEPA http://www.himitepa.org. and through their respective email on April 18, 2010.
8. All finalists are required to present her paper before the jury and spectators at the finals at the Alumni House IPB dated May 1, 2010 (there will be more information).
9. Jury decisions are final and can not be contested.
10. All financial matters related to the paper-making is not the responsibility of the committee
WRITE WORK CONDITIONS
Submitted papers must meet the following requirements:
1. The work must be original, not copying other people's work.
2. The work presented in the form of a systematic, runut, and supported by data or reliable information.
3. In accordance with the themes and subtema specified.
4. Essay written in English and scientific standard.
5. Following a set of systematic writing.
6. Typed paper at least 10 pages, maximum 20 pages excluding title page, pages, and the final ratification.

23 November 2009 - March 13, 2010: Registration and collection paper March 20, 2010: Deadline paper
March 20, 2010 - April 15, 2010: Selection of papers
18 April 2010: Announcement presenters who pass the selection
26 April 2010: Deadline collection presentation
May 1, 2010: Final and seminars NSPC
